FOOD HABITS TO BE DEVELOPED BY DIABETIC PEOPLE
1.------>Use non-sticky utnesilsfor food preparation.
2.------>Use oil in less quantity.
3.------>Do not use oily fried food (If else use only coconut oil.
4.------>Use vegetable more in your food.(salads, germinated pulses).
5.------>Use wheat and ragi mostly.
6.------>Use rice which is rich in bran.
7.------>Use rice along with green gram, so as tomake a porridge.
8.------>In pickle use oil and salt very less as much as possible.
WHAT DIABETIC PATIENT SHOULD AVOID
1.------>Do not sit in a place for a longtime (be active).
2.------>Never sleep during daytime.
3.------>Never retain for long time any exceratory product in our body (like urine, feacal matter etc).
4.------>Avoid over intake of milk and sweety items.
5.------>Avoid overtake intake of hot (chilly) sour and salt.
6.------>Avoid overeating of fishy, meat and egg.(Avoid non-veg food,as in diabetes mellitus it is difficult for fat metabolism,it interepts Kreb”s cycle and cholesterol increase.)

DAILY ACTIVITIES TO BE FOLLOWED BY DIABETIC PATIENT FOR BETTER LIVING
1.------>Get up early in the morning around 4 to 4:30.
2.------>Daily bathing at morning by gentle masasge of the body by oneself.
3.------>Once in week apply oil all over the body and exercise.
4.------>Eat 3 times a day only and take only half the stomach can fill.(including liquid and solid food).
5.------>Intake as much as water, because it can dilute the glucose content in the body and sent it out as urine.
6.------>Do not eat unless you feel hungry and avoid oily snacks.
7.------>Do not sleep at daytime, sleep early and get up early.
8.------>Do not do sex in excess and do at right time(Avoid sex at daytime).Do not forcefully retain feacal matter, urine, sneezing, thirst, hunger,cough, hiccough, tears, emotions, flatulence, belching, vomitts, sleep and semen.

fat removed milk can be used ..There is no probs with that
